4:00PM Run Meeting, Counting house meeting room (200C)

Summary of weekend: Beam came back at the turn of swing shift on Friday. Beam had requested current, but lacked stability. We run in these conditions (variable beam stability) most of the weekend...

... until Sunday night excitment: VESDA started to go off around 11pm; request beam off (in case); ( + right Q1 PS had gone off, after communication went down;)

-> first short access for a visual check; => smell from labyrinth, haze in the hall;
-> need to go to controlled access for full investigation;
=> Outcome:

Beam taken back on Monday morning for following tasks: - rematch the injector and the North Linac (in energy, presumably); - investigate RF instabilities; - perform RF recovery (there are many cavities down, and those remaining are at the edge...);*

=> controlled access: fix what has to be fixed (Q1 PS, etc.)

Plan: Wait for beam back, and resume production on Kin 15 and 16.
