Research Plan

• Work through 'Go Board' tutorials at nandland.com
• Clone and look through the existing code git repo
• Replace complicated random pulser with simple 'true stochastic' pulser
  • Simulate, simulate, simulate
  • implement and test
• Discuss with BCM expert about BCM signal format
• Write VHDL module to read-in BCM signal
  • Simulate, simulate, simulate
  • implement and test
• Connect real BCM signal, test again
• Write up project and results (short paper? poster?)

Bonus (If time allows)

• Write simple GUI interface for configuring random trigger
