ERR

• The first ERR was done
• Discussion for reactions to the ERR report
  • Radiation calculations will be done by Tokyo group by using FULKA and Geant4.
    → Sho installed FULKA in his laptop, and obtained a sample code for HKS from Pavel.
    → Sho will share the FULKA code with us, and Guido will work on it as well.
    → At first, we are going to ask Pavel to create the first code based on the latest design.
  • PCS
    • English documents are not fully ready or are not in hand of JLab (reviewer etc).
    • PCS test (+ existing power supplies) at JLab prior to the experiment
      → where/how/when/what to test?
  • Target
    • Possible dimension of CH₂ will be clarified by us
    • Necessary targets are already shown in ERR
  • ⁴⁸Ca has not purchased yet.
  • Detector spares?
    • Counters
      → Should be OK.
    • Drift chambers
      - No spare exists so far (→ Liguang will look for them).
      → A plan to fix possible problems is necessary.
    • Fiber detector for ENGE
  • LCW → Steven's group will care.
  • EPICS
    • Beam momentum centroid etc.
  • Possible risks and ways to mitigate damages.
