Summary of past 24h:

Overall very smooth running with no major issue. Taking data with hydrogen.

Accelerator

Up and delivering 22 uA to Hall A.

Swing shift

Hydrogen data taking.

Downtime for 30min-1h around the end of the shift due to a problem in NL.

Owl shift

Hydrogen data taking.

Larger energy spread observed for the first 20min after beam comes back while energy feedback was ON. Could be related to that Gang phase locks were off. The last 15-20min of Run 111151 is affected by this.

MCC performed Harp Scan (looks good): https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3619003

Energy lock was left off when beam came back after the harp scan. Restored in 3min after the start of the run (111181).

Target alarm from small current excursion. Last few seconds. If it happens often, inform MCC.

Day shift

Hydrogen data taking with no major issue. Great beam.

NOTE: Pay attention to energy shift and energy lock/FB system (they should be ON). Especially when beam comes back from downtime, keep an eye on the beam quality and energy lock. If the energy lock is off, ask MCC to turn it on.

Plan:

Continue data taking with hydrogen until the analyzers see kaons.

Potential switching to Tritium target sometime during owl or tomorrow. Will keep everyone posted.
