Minutes

All the students were at GRC so no productive work.

• Jason - Running his nucleon momentum distribution simulations for H2. Doug has made some suggestions about the way Jason is changing his momentum distribution functions. Doug wants Jason to using a scaling factor that presumably depends on x to change the momentum distributions instead of changing the two exponential functions the way Jason has been doing so far. The problem is that to produce the momentum distributions he fits the integral of the functions he is using, not the functions them selves (?). So he is not sure how using a scaling factor on the integral fit will change the momentum distributions the way he wants them to change.

• Tyler and Mike- They are finishing up his TA grading. They are starting to work on their thesis too. They are also working on an R calculation for two x points. Mike has started to look at the energy calculation and detector calibrations.

• Dien has completed adding the H2 cross-section to SAMC. She started to extract the actual cross-section using the E12108 data.

• Shujie is working on updating hrs_xem simulation
