Target (Liguang talked with Dave Meekins)
- No manpower is available at the moment to initiate something.
- (e,e'K⁺) target design should be straightforward.
- α source mounting may be an issue to consider.
- Liguang also talked with Radcon to proceed with buying the α source
- Mixed α source (1 kBq for each)
  - The source may have a issue under low temperature.
  - Vacuum condition is OK.
- 20 inch diameter for the scattering chamber.
- CH₂ target
  → Detail needs to be determined. (need to be separate?)
