2. Issues: New hot channel in RTPC. Struggle with unstable beam, tripping RTPC

1. Total recorded data today: 65 M events on D2, 5 M events on emtpy.
2. Part-II total accumulated data on D2: About 910 M events
3. Concerns: Increasing rates on FD, beam counters (including now upstream halo counters), too much background and noise in RTPC.
